The Vision

Our vision is to establish Media Village in this part of the world to serve the Middle East and North Africa. We want to train up young professionals in Mass Communication and media skills.

The LORD is opening doors in the Middle East. Media is growing resulting in the creation of many opportunities to communicate the Gospel creatively and in a wider field than ever before. There are many stories among the Arab nations that need to be told and television and video is an excellent medium for this.

We offer video training to young Christian Middle Easterners and other nationals modeled on the lines of Media Village Cape Town, South Africa.

We want to prepare people both spiritually and in media skills to meet the opportunities which are arising.

In addition to training, Media Village offers a production facility for the support of other Christian missions & Non-governmental organizations.

What is it?

School of Video Production is an exciting journey discovering both: God's way of communication and learning professional skills of video production.

This 3 month long intensive course will focus on giving you skills required to produce and work in TV broad casting and video production. Starting from writing to camera technique and digital editing. All through the course hand's on practical training lead by professionals working in the industry of video and TV production.

SVP is not school for professionals, but for the becoming professionals, so for join the SVP no previous skills in video production are pre requited from you. Pre requested is a desire to communicate God's heart, interest in video production and finished DTS!

Where?

Training will take place in Nicosia the capital city of beautiful Meditation island of Cyprus. Widely recognized as bridge between Europe & Middle East. Amazing island with co-existing Greek and Turkish culture.

When?
